"I’m very happy with the products, as always beautiful. On reflection of my shopping experience I wonder if it could have been improved with a conversational suggestion to try the Christmas box instead as it was a better deal, and was also packed and ready to go, whereas the mystery box still needed packing. I was a little rushed (heading to my afternoon shift) and not as well researched as I thought I was and would totally have been open to discussion about this. I love being pointed towards a deal as it makes me feel like the sales person is looking after me. This in turn endears me to the company. This experience won’t prevent me from shopping again though… just a reflection on my purchasing experience."
