How do Refills work?

Level 1: Purchase a new Refill to refill your container at home.

Level 2: Purchase a new Refill + Return ticket, if you’d like to send your refill container back to us when empty so we can keep the cycle going. Simply attach the prepaid courier sticker to your empty refill container then drop it off at any NZ Post Shop.

Level 3: If you’ve sent your container back to us (Level 2), the next step is to select the Refill my container + Return ticket option. We’ll fill your container up then send it back to you - along with a fresh courier sticker for you to return and repeat the process over and over!
