After the Rockerfellers purchased the APN Business, Hawkes Bay's once world award winning newspaper site was left abandoned for over a decade. Changing times left a series of printing halls and typesetting studios redundant.

Though modernisation in the 1970's a new building was constructed to house colour press which won a world press award soon become outdated its air bridge link demolished and sold and repurposed as architectural offices.

Recently we were involved to help visualise and design a friends nearby bakery in the same CBD block which was experiencing a revitalisation through businesses looking for solid commercial premises for their growing demands. This mini transformation the east end of sparked a friend to also take interest a huge array of these unused buildings within the same city block. Once again we were asked to conceptualised what this area could be come.

As part of the visual concepts a 1970's colour press building was drawn as a brutal back drop with expressed interest we could include our business as a founding tenant and co-owner by including this building with the wider development precinct.

This is where the Home of Real World Resides and has since purchased its 3rd Building next door as a new Lab for Manufacturing and Finished Product
