How do Refills work?
Level 1: Purchase a new refill to refill your Hand Wash at home.
Level 2: Purchase a new refill + return ticket, if you’d like to send your refill pouch back to us when empty so we can keep the cycle going. Simply attach the prepaid courier sticker to your empty refill pouch then drop it off at any NZ Post Shop around New Zealand.
Level 3: If you’ve sent your container back to us (Level 2), the next step is to select the refill my pouch + return ticket option. We’ll fill your container up then send it back to you - along with a fresh courier sticker for you to return and repeat the process over and over!
